Wishing you all a wonderful new year celebration. Anyone have any resolutions they want to share?
Happy New Year's eve, everyone. I hope you all had an amazing holiday. I wanted to share something really neat with you that I experienced over this past week. After spending some time out in Long Island New York where I grew up, I was invited to experience a healing Salt Cave that was recently built there in Port Washington. I knew salt had healing properties and after researching it I found out that it was anti-inflammatory as well and antibacterial and these caves were ver...y beneficial to people with allergies and asthma and different chronic illnesses. So my husband and I decided to give it a try and sit in the 45-minute session.
Many of you know I've tried a lot of alternative therapies and have shared most of them with you good or bad, but I was amazed that was in 10 minutes I started to feel better. It's as if my lungs expanded and I could breathe in twice the amount of air. But it didn't stop there, after the session was over I had this incredible burst of energy for a few hours and I was wondering if it was a fluke. So I decided to go back for a second treatment, and the same exact thing happened again. I went in exhausted and came out like I had just slept for 8 hours. It was unbelievable.
I would probably go everyday if there was one near my home and my husband and I have even discussed possibly building one. here are a few pictures and video from my experience that I wanted to share with you. if you're interested I would suggest Googling saltcave with your city. Not all salt caves are alike so make sure you do your research and look at their photos to see what you're actually going into. Im happy to answer any questions, if I have the info. The place I visited was Port Salt Cave on Inspiration Wharf Xoxox Marisa ***See Video in Comments***
